Advising Globalworth on its strategic exit from the Romanian logistics market through two portfolio sales to CTP (EUR 174m) and WDP (EUR 110m). Kinstellar advised on all legal aspects, including structuring, due diligence, regulatory issues, and negotiation of transaction documents. The deals involved fully let and development-ready logistics and industrial assets across Bucharest, Timișoara, Oradea, Constanța, Arad, and Târgu Mureș, representing one of the largest and most complex real estate exits in Romania in recent years and being recognised as Deal of the Year 2024.
