Represented a major multinational pharmaceutical company in a public procurement dispute initiated by Romania’s Health Ministry for the acquisition of conjugate vaccines under the National Immunisation Program.
Advising RetuRO Sistem de Garantie Returnare, administrator of Romania’s nationwide deposit return system, on project implementation, finance, contracts, procurement, legislation, and governance. The project, among the largest and most complex in Europe, required extensive cross-practice coordination under tight deadlines.
Representing a syndicate of nine international and local banks, including two international finance institutions, in the project financing of a 450MW onshore wind farm in Romania. The high-value transaction required intensive cross-departmental collaboration in banking, energy, real estate, and corporate law.
