Work highlights

Assisted Alro SA, in its capacity as a shareholder of the contracting authority CCGT Power Islanita SA, during the award procedure of the contract related to an energy block of cca.
Successfully represented Lukoil Romania in contesting a large public tender, trying to cancel the entire Award Documentation prepared under the procedure for awarding a framework agreement for the fuel supply of the entire national network of the National Company for Administration of Road Infrastructure.
