Working in close collaboration with its broad dispute resolution department, the competition and EU law offering at Tuca Zbârcea & Asociatii acts in a diverse spread of antitrust, merger control and state aid procedures before the Romanian Competition Council, as well as the European Commission. The team also continues to draw new clients for merger control and day-to-day competition law advice. Raluca Vasilache has vast experience in investigations and dawn raids, as well as more routine counsel. She co-leads the group with Andreea Oprișan, who is accomplished in state aid issues as well as multi-jurisdictional merger control.
