Assisted Romgaz, together with Hogan Lovells, on the implementation of a EUR 1.5bn EMTN programme and the issuance of the first EUR 500m tranche. This was one of the most significant Romanian capital markets projects since Romgaz’s 2013 dual listing on the Bucharest and London stock exchanges.
Assisted and represented Transenergo COM in three international arbitrations before the German Arbitration Institute (Paris and Bonn) and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration in Bucharest, arising from EFET power sale agreements and involving claims exceeding EUR 3.5m.
