Assisted Romgaz, together with Hogan Lovells, on the implementation of a EUR 1.5bn EMTN programme and the issuance of the first EUR 500m tranche. This was one of the most significant Romanian capital markets projects since Romgaz’s 2013 dual listing on the Bucharest and London stock exchanges.
