Representing Romania in an ICSID arbitration brought against it by two Bulgarian investors under the Romania-Bulgaria BIT.
Represented Hidroelectrica in a high-stakes arbitration deriving from a complex infrastructure and engineering contract related to the rehabilitation of a hydroelectric power plant involving a multitude of claims and counterclaims, with an amount in dispute in excess of €30m.
