Addleshaw Goddard

Robin Hickman leads Addleshaw Goddard‘s Dubai-based team, bringing his extensive knowledge of the Qatari financial industry. The team handles a diverse spectrum of banking-related matters, which includes advising lenders and borrowers on both conventional and Islamic banking, bilateral and syndicated loans for high-value projects, and PPP financing. In addition, the team has notable expertise in cross-border matters, frequently advising international banks on transactions involving regional Gulf, European, American and Asian jurisdictions. Alan MacRitchie is prominent in a number of the team’s transactional matters. Ben Thomas provides additional support on matters involving major banks. Victoria Mesquita departed the team in May 2024.
