Advised Vocus, a leading Australian provider of fiber optic network connectivity solutions—including business internet, fiber ethernet, and managed service networks—alongside the law firm Da Silva Teixeira & Associados, in the negotiation of a landmark submarine cable agreement with the Government of Timor-Leste.
Advising NOS on a lawsuit filed on its behalf at the Court of Lisbon against MEO/PT where NOS claimed compensation of around €22m for losses in connection with MEO/PT’s refusals to port numbers to NOS (then ZON) between 2008 and 2009.
