At CS’Associados, tax advice is closely integrated with the firm’s corporate and finance practices, with a particular emphasis on assisting private equity firms and international players on the structuring of transactions, corporate reorganisations, and general tax planning. In addition to deal-related work, the group also represents corporate clients in tax litigation and provides assistance to HNWIs. The practice is co-led by António Rocha Mendes, who focuses on transactional tax and strategic advisory matters.
