Public law

The public law team at CMS advises national and international clients on PPPs, public procurement, administrative litigation and major infrastructure and energy projects in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries. The practice is led by Gonçalo Guerra Tavares, who has a wealth of experience in public tender procedures, construction projects, and concession contracts, as well as arbitration and administrative disputes. António Magalhães e Menezes regularly assists with public procurement and matters concerning energy, transport and the environment.
