Advised DNB Capital LLC and Export Development Canada on drafting and negotiating a Portuguese security and guarantee package in relation to the participation of a Portuguese Holdco in an acquisition financing of an international fishing group, Perufish/Copeinca, governed by a $600m New York law loan facility agreement.
