Work highlights

Advised Ghelamco on a office transaction in Europe in 2024 involving the €280m sale of the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper to Eastnine AB.
Advised on the establishment of a joint venture between APSYS and Ceetrus for the €200m development of Wilanów Park, a mixed-use project which spans seven hectares within the Miasteczko Wilanów residential area in Warsaw.
