The team is led by Artur Kulawski, who assists with the negotiation, structuring and implementation of real estate joint ventures; and Janusz Dzianachowski, who advises on acquisitions and disposals, and development-related agreements. The Linklaters Warsaw office transferred to Addleshaw Goddard in April 2025.
