Public procurement

JDP Drapala & Partners advises both Polish and international companies at all stages of the public procurement procedures, in particular in the infrastructure, energy, and services sectors proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. The team is led by Wojciech Merkwa, who is noted for his experience while Piotr Duma specialises in construction disputes, pertaining especially to road construction. Łukasz Goniak departed in September 2025.
