Marta Sendrowicz, Jarosław Iwanick, and Magdalena Nasiłowska jointly head up the practice; Iwanick is an M&A specialist whose client roster includes multinational corporations and private equity funds, and Nasiłowska is especially skilled in M&A and joint venture transactions in the tech arena. Counsel Piotr Szczeciński is another notable member of the team, with expertise in both public and private M&A matters; he has recently been active in several acquisitions of software companies in Poland and the surrounding CEE region. Maciej Skoczyński joined Dentons in April 2024.
