Rymarz Zdort Maruta is frequently engaged in cross-border acquisitions, disposals, tender offers and listed-company consolidations, particularly in regulated sectors such as financial services, energy and TMT. Founding partners Paweł Zdort and Paweł Rymarz both take on the role of co-practice head, both of whom are renowned for their extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
