The banking and finance group at Addleshaw Goddard Wisniewski Dzianachowski Schulz i Wspólnicy sp.k. supports a wide expanse of clients, including, borrowers, financial institutions and alternative lending bodies, investment funds and sponsors with their domestic and international mandates. Marta Domino spearheads the practice with expertise in corporate, real estate and project finance, as well as restructuring matters. Other notable members of the department include Joanna Gawlicka, who boasts substantial experience in regulatory matters, and Maciej Chęciński, who has a strong grounding in renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate transactions. Jarosław Miller, Adrian Horne and Katarzyna Lesińska all departed in January 2025. In April 2025, Linklaters’ Warsaw office was transferred to Addleshaw Goddard.
