Rymarz Zdort Maruta‘s ’excellent‘ banking and finance team has an impressive client portfolio consisting of major Polish banks, Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed companies and international private equity houses. The infrastructure and energy sectors are areas of considerable focus for the group, which encompasses projects surrounding renewables, power plants and energy transformation projects. Its offering includes support with acquisition finance, corporate finance and refinancing mandates. The team is led by Jakub Rachwol, who represents borrowers and lenders. Magdalena Bodzioch joined the firm as counsel from ftl Dlugosz Stolarski Sp. K. in June 2025. Former practice co-head Zofia Frydrychowicz departed the firm in January 2026.
