The banking and finance team at Deloitte Legal, Gizicki i Wspólnicy sp.k. advises on real estate, corporate, acquisition, and asset finance, as well as NPL transactions and securitisation, acting for both lenders and borrowers. The team is led by Kamila Mróz, who leads on the financial regulatory work; who is also a financial regulatory expert. Former practice co-head Michał Oleś has since departed the firm. Former practice-co-head Michał Mostowik departed the firm in December 2025.
