The banking and finance team at Deloitte Legal, Gizicki i Wspólnicy sp.k. advises on real estate, corporate, acquisition, and asset finance, as well as NPL transactions and securitisation, acting for both lenders and borrowers. The two teams that comprise the practice are headed by banking and finance lead Mariusz Banaś and financial regulatory and fintech lead Kamila Mróz. Former practice co-head Michał Oleś has since departed the firm. Former practice-co-head Michał Mostowik departed the firm in December 2025.
