The team at Gulapa & Lim (Gulapa Law) primarily advises TMT clients on compliance and regulatory matters. Recent work includes assisting clients with the submission of unsolicited proposals for the development and operation of IT solutions under the PPP Code, advising on the establishment and operation of smart cities and e-government services, and providing guidance on the legal and regulatory framework governing mobile software technology and applications. Aris Gulapa heads up the team, bringing expertise in public-private partnerships, joint venture agreements and regulatory matters. Other key team members include Dan Kevin Mandocdoc and Jose Maria Angel P. Machuca.
