Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas’ fintech, venture capital and technology team draws on the experience of its multidisciplinary team to advise on a range of technology-related issues with an emphasis on finance, along with IP, data privacy, regulatory matters, and assistance with entry into the local market. Team co-head Alexandra Orbezo is an expert on cross-border M&A, advising startups and regulatory matters as they pertain to financial goods and services; fellow team lead Rafael Alcázar boasts experience advising national and international banks, leasing companies and brokerage firms, among other key clients. Also integral to the team are senior associate Alejandro Díaz-Valdez, whose capabilities span financial, corporate and contractual advisory to technology clients; associate Camila Hernández, whose key areas of focus include capital markets regulation, data privacy and fintech; and new associate Paula Portocarrero, who joined in March 2024 and focuses on financial regulation, technology and fintech.
