Represented BITEL against INDECOPI in a $15m suit at the Supreme Court, related to the agency's administrative decision regarding the illegality of the fees charged by the Telecommunications Ministry for radio electric spectrum usage.
Represented BITEL in an administrative case against OSIPTEL (and before INDECOPI) regarding the legality of certain contracting modalities in the acquisition of telephone lines by consumers which represent approximately $10m annually.
