Hernández & Cía’s real estate team is well-placed to handle a range of transactional issues, including acquisitions, sales and financings; zoning matters; and construction. The practice group stands out for its work in acquiring extensive land plots for projects in the public and private sectors. At the helm of the team is Jorge Reátegui, who advises on property rights and development in the retail and hospitality sectors. The team also features José Goyburu, whose practice covers specialised project financing (equity funding, real estate trusts) and further relevant banking and finance matters; and senior associate Alan Pasco, whose areas of focus are real estate, dispute resolution, and infrastructure and construction. Associate Vicente Portugal departed the firm in April 2025.
