The practice's key strengths lie in navigating the administrative, tax, public registry and contentious issues that can affect real estate deals. The team advises on land due diligence, the negotiation of acquisition and possession agreements, and the structuring of financing arrangements. It also assists with title regularisation, public registry matters, permitting requirements, and disputes arising from real estate developments and investments.
