The ‘punctual, efficient and professional’ public law team at Rodrigo is adept at advising local and international clients on a wide range of infrastructure projects, including public initiatives, private ventures and PPPs. The team also represents clients involved in complex administrative proceedings before special agencies and other governmental bodies. Following the March 2025 departure of ex-co head Carlos Carpio, the practice is directed by ’leader in her field’ Verónica Sattler, who focuses on project development, antitrust law and the negotiation of concession agreements with the Peruvian government. The senior bench also includes Alejandro Manayalle, who deals with antitrust, energy, infrastructure, PPPs and international arbitration; Hugo Silva (government contracting and public procurement processes); and Diana Briones, who majors on matters concerning the regulation of networks and essential public services, including energy, sanitation, telecoms and public infrastructure. Counsel Augusto Effio specialises in administrative law (with a particular emphasis on public procurement); and experienced associate Sandra Ubillas, who focuses on public law, construction contracts and public procurement mandates.
