The projects and infrastructure team at Rubio Leguía Normand handles a broad range of project financing and development work for clients in the energy, education, public infrastructure, mining and petroleum markets. The deep bench includes Milagros Maraví who, drawing strength from her background in public law, deals with public investment projects for private investors and public entities; Franco Soria, whose focus lies within land acquisitions and purchases; and Daniela García Belaunde, who predominantly acts for energy and natural resources clients thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the development of power projects. Milagros Mendoza and Pedro Pablo Castañeda are also noted, with Mendoza dealing with the gamut of public procurement contracts and PPP matters, and Castañeda handling real estate transactions and projects. The team was also bolstered by the May 2023 hire of partner Julio Vidal Villanueva, who has taken on the position of practice co-head, and principal associate Evelyn Roman. SInce publication, Vidal and Roman have left the firm - effective as of June 2025.
