Dentons Peru offers advice on labour policies, hiring and termination matters, and labour cost reduction, among other day-to-day labour issues. The practice group is also equipped to assist with judicial and administrative procedures, M&A and immigration matters. Pamela Duffy leads the team; her broad expertise takes in talent management and termination strategies, litigation and immigration mandates. Experienced of counsel associate Jaime Zegarra  co-leads the parctice with Duffy and is the key contacto for collective bargaining, audits and outsourcing matters. Since publication, the firm has hired Daniel de la Vega (formerly of Cornejo ^ Calderón Boutique Laboral) as a new partner and practice co-head - effective as of March 2023.
