Obtained a favourable ruling for AESA from the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) in a case involving the declaration of bureaucratic barriers to EsSalud (public health system in Peru) due to irregularities in the requirements for returning subsidy payments to employers.
