The practice group advises on hiring and termination matters (including of foreign personnel); labour cost reduction; collective bargaining; internal investigations; and administrative and judicial procedures. 2023 hire Iván Blume leads the team and provides counsel on compliance, equality policies and data privacy, among other key areas. Also integral to the team’s success are associates Ralph Salas, who joined in April 2024, bringing expertise in strategy for labour proceedings, judicial reviews and inspection procedures; and María Pía Agramonte, who assists with immigration, social security and data protection issues.
