It advises both individuals and companies on the acquisition of mining assets and has experience representing clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings in the mining sector. The team is co-led by Luis Rodríguez Mariátegui, Luis Felipe Huertas del Pino and Juan Pablo Macassi. Rodríguez Mariátegui has longstanding experience in the mining sector, while Huertas del Pino specialises in advising on environmental permitting and certification. Dufour regularly leads on contract negotiations in the mining sector and permitting requirements for project development. Macassi, in turn, has strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks in the mining sector.
