The practice group is collectively led by experienced partners Luis Vargas Valdivia, who has extensive knowledge of economic and corporate criminal law and is a highly qualified criminal litigator; Roberto Pereira, who focuses on criminal defence and defending freedom of expression as well as experience in litigation; and sector luminary José Ugaz, who specialises in financial and corporate crime.
