Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas's arbitration practice group represents both domestic and international clients in high-profile arbitrations with experience in disputes in the energy, finance, mining, corporate and construction sectors. Two partners co-lead the practice: Roger Zavaleta Rodríguez, who has extensive experience in complex arbitration related to government contracting, insurance and telecoms; and Fabio Núñez del Prado, who specialises in commercial and investment arbitration. The key contacts at senior associate level are Úrsula Piedra, who specialises in the design of strategies, negotiations and defence in national and international arbitration; Sonia Queija Alvarado, who handles arbitrations relating to energy, oil-and-gas, construction, telecoms and government contracts; and Nicolás Hernández (arbitrations related to the construction, infrastructure and hydrocarbons sectors). The practice was notably strengthened with the November 2024 hire of Jasmin Kaur as an of counsel - she arrives having spent over a decade as a member of the Singaporean judiciary; and the subsequent incorporation of disputes all-rounder Tabata Arteta in March 2025.
