Dentons Peru's corporate and M&A practice is best known for cross-border M&A, corporate reorganisations and the structuring of foreign investment. The practice is co-led by Manuel Barrios, Julio Gallo and Sandra Lorca. Barrios focuses on corporate law and tax structuring; Gallo handles capital markets matters; and Lorca has extensive experience in M&A and public takeover transactions. Alexandra Egas advises on corporate governance, and Ana Lucía Montenegro on corporate structuring. Senior associate Renzo Camaiora is experienced in corporate reorganisations and business structuring across sectors including technology, telecoms and hydrocarbons. José Antonio Delmar left the firm for an in-house position in October 2025.
