Three partners lead the practice: Alberto Rebaza, who is the founding and managing partner of the firm; Luis Miguel Elías, who has expertise and leads cases related to the mining and energy sector and Marcia Arellano, who advises clients on unfair competition, consumer protection and bureaucratic barrier matters. The partners are supported by associates Magaly Varela, who has extensive experience in merger control, antitrust and unfair competition matters, and Fernando Rodriguez, who has experience in identifying potential antitrust risks and advises clients on antitrust matters.
