The practice has industry sector expertise as they represent and act for clients in the energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure fields. Three partners lead the practice: Alberto Rebaza, who is the founding and managing partner of the firm; Luis Miguel Elías, who has expertise and leads cases related to the mining and energy sector and Marcia Arellano, who advises clients on unfair competition, consumer protection and bureaucratic barrier matters. The partners are supported by senior associates Magaly Varela, who has extensive experience in merger control, antitrust and unfair competition matters, and Fernando Rodriguez, who has experience in identifying potential antitrust risks and advises clients on antitrust matters. The team was further strengthened with the arrival of Yasser Vichir in January 2025, who brings experience advising on the elimination of bureaucratic barriers and unfair competition cases. Since publication, Varela has been raised to the partnership - effective as of December 2025.
