Rodrigo‘s competition practice handles complex and high-profile antitrust investigations, merger control filings, unfair competition disputes and bureaucratic barrier elimination proceedings before INDECOPI, representing various clients from different industries including mining, electricity, construction and many others. The teams offering spans the entire administrative process from filing precautionary measures and confidentiality requests to challenging adverse decisions before the judiciary. The practice group is co-led by experienced partners Verónica Sattler, who has extensive experience in competition law and represents clients in various antitrust matters, and María del Carmen Alvarado, who focuses on unfair competition cases. At the partner level, Ximena Aramburu assists clients with implementing compliance programmes related to unfair competition; Alejandro Manayalle has experience in representing clients in horizontal agreement and cartel proceedings; and María Del Rosario Quiroga represents clients in regulatory and antitrust matters. The team is strengthened by four associates: Fiorella Monge, who specialises in merger control clearance; Francisco José Floríndez, who counsels clients on abuse of dominant position and price-fixing cases; César Carrillo, who has experience in elimination of competition barrier matters; and Daniela Supo, who handles cases of unfair competition.
