Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas is reputed for the depth of its expertise in the bankruptcy and restructuring sector with the practice team being well experienced in liquidation procedures, complex high-profile bankruptcy proceedings and reorganisations. Representing both local and international clients, the practice is well equipped to accommodate both creditors and debtors in cross-border insolvencies and private and public restructurings in the construction, mining and fishing industries. The practice group is co-led by experienced partners Gonzalo De Las Casas, who specialises in corporate reorganisation and insolvencies, and Jose Antonio Jimenez Chocano, who focuses on business restructuring and corporate liquidations. Partner Daniel Gonzáles specialises in M&A and bankruptcy proceedings, while Marcia Arellano advises clients on insolvency and restructuring before INDECOPI.
