The team is led by Guillermo Puelles, who specialises in private and public insolvency, restructuring and liquidation proceedings, as well as distressed M&A deals. Hugo Silva specialises in liquidation and public restructuring matters, whereas Jorge Trelles specialises in corporate liquidation proceedings and associate Sabrina Montoya has been actively involved in different insolvency matters such as corporate liquidations.
