Peroni Sosa Tellechea Burt & Narvaja’s environment practice provides expert legal support on environmental licensing, regulatory compliance and due diligence. With a multidisciplinary team, the practice offers strategic advice on civil and administrative disputes, regulatory matters and environmental liability. The team is led by José Sosa Fracchia. Co-leading the practice is Juan Carlos Boggino, a regulatory specialist with experience in tax and environmental controversies.
