Represented Grindr Inc. in a dispute against the Norwegian State before the Court of Appeal. The case concerns the judicial review of an administrative fine of NOK 65,000,000 issued by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, which was of the opinion that Grindr had breached the GDPR due to Grindr's sharing of data with its advertising partners.
