Under the leadership of Tom Rune Lian and Ståle O. Meleng, the practice has focused its expertise on real estate development. Lian focuses on transactions, structuring, financing and development in commercial real estate, while Meleng has a broad practice across real estate litigation, transactions and developments. Specialist counsel Anna Falck-Ytter regularly advises on ESG issues at the intersection with real estate work, while managing associates Andreas Gustavson and Natasja Plur take point on real estate transactions and lease agreements. Stig L. Bech left the group in May 2024, while Morten Brandhaug and Martin Fevaag Larsen, formerly at SANDS, joined the team in November 2024.
