Work highlights
Represented the Norwegian Association of Heavy Equipment Contractors through third-party intervention, supporting Consto Anlegg Nord AS in a dispute before the Supreme Court of Norway against the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries regarding deviation from mandatory requirements in tenders.
