Home to a multidisciplinary team, SANDS is able to act on oil and gas projects, disputes, financing, and the S&P of assets. Lars Berge Andersen co-heads the practice and acts for supplier and asset-owner clients across his far-reaching practice. The renewable energy team is geared to support transactions, reorganisations, and project development. The team is also co-led by Alf Øystein Skudal, a go-to contact for matters across the renewable energy arena, particularly regulatory frameworks, transactions, and project development. Thomas Borch-Nielsen joined the team from Arntzen Grette in October 2025, while Martine Cedergren Dysvik joined the firm in October 2025 from an in-house position.
