Wiersholm‘s oil and gas practice is regularly engaged by large E&P companies operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Kjetil Stensvik and Torkjel Kleppo Grøndalen co-lead the practice, with Stensvik combining expertise in contract matters and knowledge of development projects, and Grøndalen adding expertise in the regulatory aspects within the oil and gas industry. The department is equally well-placed to advise clients in the traditional renewable energy space. For domestic and international clients, Jon Rabben is a go-to name for acquisitions, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution.
