Work highlights

Advising RWE Wind Norway in relation to Norwegian wind power projects pursuant to a framework agreement, including ongoing work relating to preparations for bidding and being allotted exclusivity to two areas being opened for offshore wind power on the Norwegian continental shelf.
Advising Norwegian export credit agency Eksfin (as export guarantor) in relation to the Dogger Bank wind farm projects (phases A, B and C), located between 125 and 290 km off the east coast of Yorkshire, UK.
Advising Prime Capital AG, a German investment fund manager, on its purchase of the companies Tromsø Vind AS and Raudfjell Vind AS, which own the Kvitfjell and Raudfjell wind power projects (Project Northern Lights) (with a total installed effect of 280 MWh).
