Nicolay Skarning acts for domestic and international clients on collective bargaining, whistleblowing, and dismissals. Other key practitioners in the team are Trine Lise Fromreide, a seasoned advisor on a varied stream of work, including reorganisations, downsizing, and whistleblowing, and Catriona McIntyre, who advises clients in the aviation, infrastructure, and arts sectors. Thomas Talén departed from the team in July 2025.
