Work highlights
Represented the international JV Sotra Link Construction (Sotra Link) in a dispute with Multiconsult Norge AS concerning consultancy and engineering services for the Sotrasambandet project – one of Norway’s largest infrastructure developments.
Advised the international JV SA.PI.NOR in the MEUR 366 UNB01 Nykirke–Barkåker railway contract with Bane NOR.
Advised the Spanish company Elecnor S.A. in all contractual matters related to the Follo Railway Line Project, including arbitration proceedings. The project, one of Norway’s largest transport developments, features the country’s longest double-track tunnel (approx. 19 km) between Ski and Oslo.
