Work highlights

Assisted Bulk Data Centers on a high value development project for two data centres in Vennesla.
Represented AF Gruppen Norge AS in a protracted dispute valued at NOK 150 million over the final account for a coffee production facility in Vestby, in which our client was ultimately acquitted for nearly all counterclaims, awarded a substantial part of the claimed outstanding amount, with interest, and awarded partial costs in the district court.
Represented Vedal Entreprenør on a high-value expropriation and construction appeal case raising principal questions.
