Department head Alexander Lund concentrates on issues relating to private equity and venture capital, including acquisitions, investments, and restructurings. Jakob Villum is an active adviser to both sellers and buyers of businesses. Arve Rolstad Jahren is another key name in the team. Max Mossin Wagle arrived from Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS in August 2025. Lars Gunnar Aas left the firm in 2026.
