Selmer‘s capital market department advises clients on both ECM and DCM matters and is active on listings on the Oslo Stock Exchange. ECM practice head Jon Fredrik Johansen has over ten years of experience within ECM and is engaged in rights issues, private placements, and IPOs. Co-head Christopher Jensen is a name of note for bond financings, as well as acting on local and cross-border bond issues. Advised Thor Medical ASA, listed on the Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange, on its i) NOK 157.5 million private placement, ii) NOK 15 million retail offering through PrimaryBid, and iii) NOK 27.5 million repair offering pertaining to the private placement.
Advised Sparebank 1 Markets in connection with the uplisting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA from Euronext Growth Oslo, a multilateral trading facility, to the regulated market of the Oslo Stock Exchange, as well as for its retail offering to the public in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.
Assisted Pareto as lead manager and paying agent, and NT as bond trustee and security agent in relation to the issuance, settlement. and the disbursement of Canadian publicly traded company Polaris Renewable Energy Inc.’s senior secured green bonds with an initial issue amount of USD 175 million and a maximum issue amount of USD 225 million.
