Work highlights

Advised Clarion on the receipt through its development subsidiary, Latimer Developments, of £4.8m in brownfield grant funding from Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) to part fund the redevelopment of the former Boddingtons brewery site in central Manchester.
Advising the Riverside Group on the regeneration of the Local Centre and The Uplands in the Halton Lea area of Runcorn valued at £60m. The project will provide new housing and business and community space together with infrastructure and is being delivered by a JV LLP set up between Riverside and Lovell Partnerships Limited.
Acted for Abri and its development company (Radian Developments Limited) in the establishment of this joint venture with Vistry which will build 1,500 new homes.
